About Allan Hartsock

Allan Hartsock approaches the delicate subjects of personal injury and workers’ compensation with open and ongoing communications with clients. Licensed to practice in both Iowa and Illinois since 1966, this native of Southeast Iowa received his Bachelor of Law with Distinction degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, Iowa City. He is admitted to practice in both the U.S. District Court of Illinois, Central District, and the U.S. District Court of Iowa, Southern District. He is a member in good standing of the Rock Island County, Scott County, Iowa State, Illinois State and American bar associations; and the Iowa, Illinois and American Trial Lawyers associations. He is also a member of the Iowa Association of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers and the Illinois Worker Compensation Lawyer Association.
